Recently, CYP90D1 was shown to catalyse the C-23 hydroxylation of several brassinosteroids (the enzyme has a broad specificity for 22-hydroxylated substrates). Member of the CYP90C CYP450 family. Similar to Cytochrome P450 90C1 (ROT3).
